Production capacity and packaging

As an expert in semi-solid dosage forms, we specialize in manufacturing gels, creams, lotions, and emulsions. We manufacture products under own Fysioline brands, private labels, and contract manufacturing brands.

At the heart of our production are two Fryma Koruma processing units equipped with rotor-stator homogenizers.

Our manufacturing process is designed to be efficient and scaleable, with the ability to handle batch sizes ranging from 200 to 1000 kilograms. We pack the product mainly in tubes, which can be in sizes between 20 and 300 ml.

Our tube packaging line is equipped with carton and leaflet packager. This allows a streamlined packaging process that ensures products are securely and neatly packaged for distribution and sale.

We acquired a GMP Medicinal manufacturer’s license in 2023. In addition to this our operations and production have been certified with the following certificates:

Pharmaceutical wholesale license GDP, Quality management system for medical devices ISO 13485, Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics ISO 22716, environmental management system ISO 14001:2015, Quality management system ISO 9001:2015.
